The room is newly decorated clean and comes with ceiling high wardrobes, a double bed can be included if required. You will have use of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and Garden. There is plenty of parking out side the property. We are very close to Belfairs shopping area only a 2 minute walk.
I am looking for someone who is relatively tidy although, how tidy you keep your room is up to you.
You will have access to the garden which has a patio and laid to lawn with shrub boarders.
Parking is to the front on the property in a small carpark to the right of the close as you enter, the close is generally quiet and is made up of young families and older residents.
Belfairs Park is a 5 min walk with a Restaurant and Golf course. There is a doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser or Barber located within minutes of the house.
