Hello,

I'm looking for a new house mate as my brother and his girlfriend have now moved into their own place. I'm a 29 year old actor and personal trainer who's easy going and wants a like minded person to feel welcome and at home here! I have lived in Leigh all of my life and hope somebody can move in and enjoy the area as much as I do. It'll only be me and you living here so a lot of space to feel your own!!

I have converted the 2nd floor into what would potentially become your own little flat.
The space is newly redecorated and consists of two rooms (one double, one single which could be your lounge area) and its own toilet and shower. Unfurnished but the second floor is completely secure with it own lockable door at the bottom of the staircase. My intent is to allow you to have your own private area within the house as well as full use of the downstairs kitchen and big garden. *Price is ALL in bills included

I'm looking for:
A non smoker, with no pets.
A person who respects the house and tidies up after themselves.
A good energy that enjoys this thing we call life.

I want it to feel like we can hang out here but also have our space when needed to relax and recharge!

Available for viewings on weekends and some weekday evenings.
