Bedroom 1: double bedroom

Two modern double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, bedside table and brand new luxury bedding. £750 PCM for single person and £1,400 PCM for couple. If a couple takes one room, I would rent to them only and no one else. All bills included, and I may consider a fortnightly cleaner too. Please note: the beds in both bedrooms will be the same as that in bedrooms 2.

Shared kitchen and bathroom. Various appliances in kitchen. Bath and shower available, with mood lighting too.

Shared living and dining room. Streaming presently includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and live regular TV. Fibre broadband. One upstairs room is used as office, and has a spare desk.

The property, which has 2-3 parking spaces on the drive and a south facing garden, is in Leigh on Sea, and is walking distance to the following: Chalkwell train station (12 mins); the Broadway (5 mins); doctor surgery, dental practice and bus stop (2 mins); and supermarkets - Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons, Aldi and M&S (2-10 mins). Other close amenities include a hospital, fire station, great/outstanding schools, Chalkwell park, gyms and yoga studios.

As for me, I am a banker and split my time between London and Leigh on Sea. I’m presently living here for part of the week, but will likely move out in the near future and continue renting out the two rooms at most. As my longer term plans are to spend more time in London, you would benefit from having a modern 4-bed house share with fewer (i. e. 1-2) other people.
