I have a furnished double room available with own bathroom (opposite bedroom door) which is only shared with guests. Own kitchenette, (some of the appliances shared with me), use of dining area and garden. The house will only be shared with myself.
It's a beautiful quiet area, close to Belfairs woods and main A127. The A13 is 5 minutes drive away. London Southend airport, Leigh-on-Sea & Rayleigh train stations and the seafront are within 10 minutes drive, city centre 15 mins.
Good public transport links with buses into Southend, Leigh-on-Sea, and Rayleigh close by (No's 29, 23A & 23B routes are very close by, other routes available within 12 minutes walk).
Off street parking for one small/medium car.
