The house is With in 20 minute walk to Leigh station and 25 minutes to the Leigh Broadway. There is ample car parking.
The house itself is extremely spacious and luxurious with plenty of personnel space available. There is one other female tenant. The shared facilities with the other tenant include a luxury family bathroom with full size bath and shower, large lounge with the full sky package, Cinema TV with surround sound system.
There is a large kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen facilities include a large fridge freezer complex and extensive cupboard storage space which is shared with other tenant. There is a large range style cooker and dishwater complete with food compactor.
The laundry facilities are also extensive complete with a large washing machine and tumble dryer facilities available from the laundry annex room.
As a household we are clean and tidy and would expect any prospective tenant to fit in with our high standard of cleanliness. The household is young and vibrant and ideally would suit females in that age range, who can show a friendly trustworthy disposition. Downstairs there is a lounge which is for the use of tenants and a downstairs toilet which is shared with us the landlords.
There is plenty of street parking for vehicles. The house has broadband and all bills are included apart from any personal insurance you may wish to take out.
We are looking for a professional full time worker. Preferably someone who works in London and 'gets up and goes' in the mornings. I work from home and so also Someone with a social life who has friends and activities which draws them away from the house.
This is a lovely part of Leigh, within walking distance of Leigh Broadway but also close to the Belfairs Woods and golf course.
It is handy for Leigh station or indeed the A13 OR A127 which leads to London.
