Very spacious double bedroom In Detached House

The room is very spacious (16x17') with room for 'zoning' and adding your own furniture. I am a quiet professional who works from home much of the time . Looking for a self reliant tidy and motivated person. There are times when Im away with work and hence reliability and honesty are important. The house is quite secluded yet situated 5/7 mins walk from Leigh-on-sea station with plenty of parking and easy access by foot and car into town. With main buses running by the house and nearby shops a car is not necessary though there is plenty of parking on the property. There is a very large kitchen breakfast room, utility room and a large private garden. There is also a ground floor washroom two bathrooms living and dining room. It is a 5 bed house so quite spacious and private.

I am looking for a non smoking male who does not principally work from home.

Although I am not looking for couples occasional guests are welcome though the house is not suitable for young children or pets.
