The House is totally renovated throughout. It is a spacious, high-quality home that has 3 large double bedrooms with stylish modern furniture, dedicated work space, storage space, double or king-size beds and orthopaedic mattresses. One bedroom has en-suite. The modern kitchen has high quality appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, an electric oven with electric hob, kettle, microwave and a large fridge freezer. There is Interlinked fire alarm system throughout house, as well as Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarm.

There is also plenty of storage in the basement area and in every bedroom. The living room has a designer dining table and chairs plus a modern sofa with tasteful artwork throughout. At summer time you can enjoy sunshine in a private garden.

The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 3 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 3 people will occupy the house at any one time.

We have a large room with en-suite, facing the garden, with a king-size bed £650 per month.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (unlimited superfast fibre broadband, council tax, gas/electricity, water, tv license, etc.). We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener when necessary.

The Landlords: We are a family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves to ensure all our properties are safe, well-maintained and friendly. We also employ a professional maintenance company who can be contacted 24/7 in case of an emergency.

We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
