Looking for a professional person to rent a
furnished double room with ample storage in a family house with shared bathroom. Reasonable use of all amenities included. Reasonable use of large garden. Optional sole use of lounge/home office, price to be negotiated. Includes parking for one car. 7 mins to local C2C station, 50mins to Fenchurch. 10mins from Thames Gateway.
Initial 3 month rental, if it works out possibility to extend.
Must be ok with dogs.

The house is a large four bedroomed semi-detached family home in a lovely quiet area. It’s freshly decorated throughout the shared areas with a relatively new bathroom. The shared areas are a large family room, with a kitchen/dining/sitting room, a separate utility and a refurbished bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge/dishwasher and there is a washing machine/fridge freezer and dryer in the utility.
There is a separate sitting room that is recently decorated and can be offered as a separate area as a sitting room or home office (subject to negotiation). The garden is around 100ft long and well maintained with a decking and patio.

I currently live here with my son (25) and daughter (20) and mainly work from home. I am looking for a tenant who is easy to get on with and fits in with our family life. Female preferred but male considered.
