I have a large double room available. It is a spacious room, which includes a double bed with a new memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet and television. It is a lovely bright room overlooking the garden, the photos don't really do justice as i am obviously not a good photographer lol.
Shared bathroom, kitchen/dining area plus lounge and conservatory leading out to the garden. Also parking and WiFi. It is in a very quiet street, which is a no-through road. The house is only a couple of minutes drive from the A13 and M25, in easy access of the A127/A128/A12 also not far from Lakeside & Bluewater Shopping Centres and 15 minutes from Basildon and Dunton. Approximately 20 minutes easy walking distance to the mainline train station into London Fenchurch Street, which takes approx. 35 minutes. Bus stops are a few minute walk away. There are local shops that include supermarkets, post office, various take-aways, pubs and also 2 gyms and swimming pool all within ten minute walk away. The bedding is included and will be changed weekly, also towels are included.
All bills are included excluding the house phone. Monthly rent is £600.00 plus a deposit of £100.00.
