The maisonette is surprisingly spacious with plenty of storage in the room and in communal areas. The room is furnished with lots of wardrobe space, drawers and double bed.
I work in the city and also run a sports coaching business, so am out of the flat most of the day. All I want is someone clean, tidy and reliable.
The Central Line stations, shops (including the new Epping Forest retail park), College, E15 Acting School and Nature Reserve are all within a few minutes walk so the location is convenient if you don't drive - but if you do there is off-street parking as well.
