. The apartment is shared with two people and a small dog.
I have 2 rooms 700£ unfurnished, 950£ furnished.
The rent includes all bills, which are under my name. The apartment is located 13 minutes walking distance from the metro, situated between Debden and Loughton stations.

A clean, tidy, and quiet living environment is very important. Since I have a dog, their safety and well-being are a priority.

The room will be available from 10th october.

The house has one bathroom, connected kitchen and living space and plenty of storage room. 10-15 minutes walk to Debden station, right next to a lovely park (great for picnics, sunbathing when the weather is nice and has a gorgeous lake), the area is very calm and quiet. Suitable for students (near East 15 acting school and New city college)

I have a small dog. She is the owner the house:) if you are not good with dogs yoh shouldnt move. Because she is important for house!

Pictures are not new for now. I also have living room and television. And we have dinner table in the kitchen.
