All bills included, shared, short stay Single room and double room in Valley Hill, Loughton.

I'm Melissa, I'm a working professional, I work away five days a week, I will usually be at home from Friday evening to Sunday only. You will either be alone at the home in the weekdays, or Airbnb stayers can occupy the sitting room for short stays occasionally.

As I'm not home in the weekdays, letting the single room (max 2 months) and the sitting room double sofa bed (max 1 week) helps me a lot, socializing and meeting with new people over the weekend is a cherry on top :)

The single room is available for a maximum duration of 2 months, minimum stay from 3 days. Daily rate £30. Monthly rent £730.

Please note the sitting room is furnished flexibly to turn into a double bedroom, daily rate £45, max stay 7 days.

Loughton High Rd for organic shops, cafes, yoga studio, gym, etc.

12-17 mins walk from Loughton or Buckhurst Hill station.

It’s easier to use the Loughton Station during the day and Buckhurst Hill station during the night.

2 mins walk to the bus stop, 167 operates every 20 mins, which will take you to the train station in 5 mins.

Liverpool St 35-45 (depends on if you walk) mins via Central Line.

Epping Forest is 25 mins walk (Warren Hill), 20 mins by bus (Northfield). The forest is mostly accessible from anywhere, just ping the closest green point on maps to where you are:)

The keys will be located in the safe outside the property door, you will be able to contact me from here anytime.

I will be at home from Friday evening to Sunday, I’m pretty flexible and respectful with interaction preferences, I will try to help with any questions, or I can totally keep to myself :)

Cleanliness is important, no shoes in the house please, there are blue plastic shoe covers at the entrance if you need, please care for the space and leave it as you found it :) If you're staying longer than a week, I'd appreciate someone who cleans kindly after themselves. Meaning doing the dishes and wiping the table after meals, cleaning the bathroom after the use, hoovering weekly if you stay for a long period etc. I will definitely do the same :)
The bed and the mattress are newly purchased. The bed is on the firmer side.

Once you see the property and we agree on a move in date, I will ask for you to sign an agreement, provide copy of ID, provide your last three months' payslips, your right to rent share code or tourist visa copy, proof of funds for a deposit and rent, to be completed before you move in.
