Room available for Summer

LOOKING FOR A GIRL TO SUBLET MY ROOM.

I'm the current person living in the room, my lease ends on the 14th of September.
I'm looking for a girl to sublet the room to from the 17th of June (maybe the 15th) to the end of the lease.

The room is spacious and bright, with a large window overlooking the garden. The room has its own PRIVATE bathroom with shower. It is equipped with a double-size bed, walk-in closet, desk, and full-length mirror.

The room was renovated in December 2023, so it is completely new.

The house is modern, the kitchen and living room shared with other 4 girls, all students at East15 Acting School.

The kitchen is equipped with:
- stove
- microwave
- toaster,
- large fridge
- large freezer
- DISHWASHER

The house has:
- washing machine
- dryer,
- back and front garden

The house has a total of 5 rooms, 3 on the first floor and two on the ground floor.

Bills (water, broadband, gas and electricity) are not included but gas and electricity bill are usually not high, as the house is better insulated after recent works.
