Less than a 10 minute walk to Loughton shopping, Loughton tube station and the forest. 34 minute tube ride to Liverpool Street Station.

You are welcome to share the lounge and cook whenever you want.

The price includes all bills, as well as all cleaning products and soap - right down to kitchen and toilet paper. I am a quiet person, and while I enjoy socializing, this is not a party house.

The room is not available for couples.

The Flat:
The flat is located in a 3-bedroom purpose-built block of four flats. I live there with my little dog, on the first floor. You will not be sharing with anyone else. There are six rooms in total, with the third bedroom serving as a study. Hive controlled central heating. On-street parking available.

Location:
Loughton is a lovely, fairly small town on the edge of London. It offers plenty of cafes, restaurants, hair and beauty salons. The flat is approximately a seven-minute walk from Loughton tube station, and there is a bus stop at the top of the road serving bus routes 20 and 397. There are various supermarkets to choose from, with Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s being the nearest, just a 10-minute walk away.
