We do have a small ( but not yappie) dog who is hypo allergenic as my daughter is asthmatic .

We have a beautiful garden for you to enjoy and your room overlooks this lovely peaceful space ( no busy roads outside your window). Ideally situated for the M25 with J26 only 4-5 miles away and J25 6 miles away. Broxbourne mainline station is just 1 mile from home ( 25 mins to Liverpool Street or 15 mins to Tottenham's Hale and the London Underground ). Harlow is easily reached by car in 10 mins or by rail at Broxbourne for all stations to Cambridge.
