Ground floor airy ensuite room. Plenty of storage. Just over a mile from the Riverside Historic town of Maldon.
Close to the A12, Chelmsford, and park and ride.
Looking across paddocks from the rear of the house is the guests patio.
The patio has outside table, chairs and umbrella for the warm summer evenings.
Shared facility accommodation with own entrance independent from the Main house where we live but attached.
Fully equipped shared kitchen with shared American fridge freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, oven, hob, microwave, and toaster. The washing machine is for everyone’s use including an outside rotary line.
The room has freeview TV/DVD, beverage making facilities, electric shower. Luxury bedding and fluffy towels provided. Weekly clean included with bedding and towel change for room and shared areas.
We have been 4star rated B&B for many years but looking to wind down a little for our future hence offering a room only facility. Fully centrally heated property with all bills included as is wi-Fi.
We have plenty of off-road safe parking with cctv coverage.
We welcome viewing by arrangement. We do not accept shift or night workers if hours of could be I intrusive to others.
There are no additional service costs to this accommodation apart from your own personal needs.
