Single room with unshared own shower room

We are strictly non smoking. We are not far from Morrisons Maldon.
Previously we offered 4* B&B for many years.
We are looking for a professional who wants a nice comfy clean welcoming environment.

This accommodation is NOT suitable for night shift workers or working from home.

This is a single bedded room with own private shower room not shared along the hallway.
The room has plenty of storage, tv, kettle, nice bedding. The room is serviced fortnightly and clean bedding is supplied in the service including towels toilet rolls etc. This is an upstairs room with an amazing view across the paddocks at the rear of the house.
The shared areas are serviced but need to be kept clean and tidy by each guest after use. Kitchen hours of use are restricted to 7am-9pm to respect other guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge freezer. This is shared but shelves are allocated in each. There is a double oven, hob, air fryer, microwave, toaster, washing machine. All utensils saucepans and crockery and cutlery are supplied. There is a pretty patio with outside table and chairs looking across the paddocks. and use of washing line.
The shared dining room is ideal for a chat and eating within reasonable social hours.
We offer off road parking for one vehicle.
