Hello a quick note to describe my house. This is NOT a house share, it's my personal private home, just me living here.
The house is modern, and I have fully fitted kitchen, for use of the facilities for a lodger.
Use of garden, parking outside the house, free broadband. very quiet pretty area, lodger would NEED a car as the public transport is not frequent.
Local pub, 3 minutes away Marina with bar and bistro. Local shops, hair salons.
My house is very modern and clean, white floors and floors, so hygiene is ALWAYS IMPORTANT.
No food allowed in the bedroom, bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
I am looking for a PROFESSIONAL gentleman (Office worker, or similar) no ground workers , no muddy boots. With the existing pandemic, it is more important that any potential lodgers are respectful of hygiene, and keep their room clean and tidy, as any rooms they use. I would like a young at heart bubbly person I can feel at ease with in my home, No smelly food please!!
I am sure you will ask questions, no matter what I put here. I prefer privacy, but I am sure a lodger would to. It's nice to be chatty and friendly.
