15mins drive to Colchester/colchester north station and the town of Sudbury.
The house is a 1960’s property that has been recently renovated. It’s to a comfortable standard with a few minor improvements I’d like to make in the future.
The open plan living area is a big 8m by 4m space consisting of a fire place perfect for films and a sun drenched dining area that leads on to a south facing garden.
Bills included: electricity, heating and water. All other living costs are to be worked out amongst the household, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc
Me and the current lodger get on well we are considerate of each other all we ask is that you are the same.
The house is kept tidy, just tidy as you go, there’s no cleaning rota, every now and then if you haven’t done it for a while just pop the hoover round.
