Furnished double or single room (ottoman bed for extra storage) available in a detached house in a quiet neighbourhood. Price offered is per person not couple rate only for a room. (SORRY NOT LOOKING FOR COUPLES, KIDS OR PETS) Only one person room long or short stay. If its only a few days a week we can agree a rate.
The house has shower and bath tub, two toilets, fridge freezer and washing machine etc broadband available.
One month deposit and rent paid up front in advance
All bills included (gas eletric water). I do have a small terrier dog but no other pets allowed. I do have my kid over the weekend.
Live in female indian landlord looking for a honest , clean , quiet, respectful professional. Flexible Mon- Sun can be discussed. Easy going landlord who is not always at home.
