We are quiet, drama-free, friendly, family oriented and fully inclusive. Although, we are sociable we do like our home to be our peace haven. We live in a tucked away cul-du-sac with very friendly neighbours.
We are 15-20mins walk to Pitsea Station, with bus stops, shops, post boxes etc within a 5-7 minute walk. Or if you prefer, the local taxi service is very reliable. If you drive, you will be allocated a parking space for 1 car, at no extra cost.
We are pet friendly. However, we have a 10yr old cat that has been used to being on her own. We are not sure how she will be with other animals in the house.
We like to keep our home clean and clutter free. You will be sharing the bathroom and a downstairs WC, kitchen dining room, living room, conservatory and a reasonably sized south facing garden.
Evidence of an enhanced DBS would be preferable as on the rare occasion we have family visiting.
1 month deposit to hold the room and 1 month rent required when you collect the keys.
