En-suite annex

The Annex

The annex of School Cottage has an en-suite shower and WC, overlooking a country garden, next to Polstead Pond. The room is big enough to be comfortable living space with desk and arm chair, as well as a bedroom. A basic cooking area will include a microwave oven to make it a bit more self contained, but a shared kitchen is a few steps away . The heating is electric although there is a wood stove to use if required. Apart from electricity, all bills are included. For electricity there will be a meter in the kitchen where your own use can be read to provide a monthly charge. Some furniture in the photos may change. I would consider a couple if they seem to fit well.
