I am interested in letting a double room in my 2 bed flat. The location sits perfectly between London, Essex and Kent. It's within minutes of the Lakeside shopping centre by train or car. Just outside the flat there's the most beautiful outdoor spaces and views of the Thames and marshes where you can exercise, picnic or go for walks.

No couples or children.

3 mins from Purfleet station
35 mins train to London Fenchurch Street
45 - 55 mins from Southend-on-Sea.

There's lots of storage in the large wardrobe and inside the ottoman style bed.

I'm looking for someone who is tidy and considerate of others but fairly laid back. I'm a professional engineer full-time working. I am not a hardcore party animal, but i'm reasonably sociable. So you can expect that i'll offer you a beer and pizza every now and again, if you have the time.
