The bills are included in the rent except the electricity. We use a pre-paid electricity key system, allowing us to top it up whenever necessary. This way, we can manage our electricity costs efficiently, and it ensures fairness for all.

- Tesco, Sainsbury's, M&S, Lidl, Aldi etc are all very close by car or public transport
- 5 min drive to Lakeside Shopping Centre & just 15 mins to Bluewater
- Nearby gyms inc. Bannatynes, Absolute, Everlast, PureGym & others all less than 10 min drive away
