Hi I am University lecturer and wanted to rent a spare room to a professional. This flat is located in Purfleet, a few min walk from train station (just 30 min to central London), close to Lakeside shopping centre. One minute walk from river.

The room is fully furnished en-suite. I have a big living room with kitchen to share. Also in the flat are two bathrooms. Brand new washing machine and fridge freezer.

The rent is 750/per month and includes water, electricity, internet and council tax. You will be sharing this flat only with one professional. Second room is also available for £700, second room is small double. Plenty of storage is available in the apartment. I want to rent both rooms!
