Room available with Fantastic Garden & Parking

We have a house in a peaceful, private location surrounded by country walks. We have a couple of chickens and a large driveway for private parking.

Two rooms are available. A king sized room with a double bed plus wardrobes, tv and desk. It is not en-suite but there is a shared family bathroom plus a separate cloakroom with toilet across the hall.

The second room is a double size room with wardrobe, desk, drawers, tv and a double bed.

The shared area of the house has a washing machine, dishwasher, large kitchen and dining room. There is plenty of parking on the driveway.

The drive to Saffron Walden is 12 mins, Cambridge 35 mins, Stansted Airport approx 25 mins, Chesterford Research Park 18 mins and Hinxton Wellcome Genome Campus 20 mins.
Transport is needed to get around.

Also we’re happy with flexible short term lets ie 1 month minimum. (so no long term agreement). More photos available upon request. Please message me if interested..
