The room is a double room in a clean and airy 2 bedroom flat located on the 5th floor.

You get to have access to the main toilet and bathroom as well as everything you need in a new flat.

I and my partner live in the flat and are very friendly and hospitable to be flexible with any help settling down.

The apartment is 7 mins by bus to Dagenham Heathway station or 5 mins by bus to C2C Dagenham docks station.

Their is the Gym which is also 7 mins by bus and all major shopping outlets 5 mins away.

Although there is no parking bay available in the property, there is off street parking opposite the streets of the flat.

To the gaming buddies, there is a PS5 also available as well as a flatscreen tv with free access to Amazon Prime and Netflix as well as Sky tv channels.

All bills are included along with the rent fee, so you wouldn't be charged for bills.
