There is a full bathroom which has a bath and power shower which you can use for yourself (upstairs). There is also a guest toilet downstairs for easy access. I only use my en suite bathroom (upstairs). There is a kitchen door which closes off the kitchen/ your double bedroom from the staircase giving you even more privacy.

A Bed and matress can be provided.

There is an extra small room which can be used for an office.

This house as a modern Kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove top, highspeed internet and filtered water.

The house has a beautiful conservatory which opens to a garden with a deck and a clean summer house which I use for gym equipment, you can use this space too. There is parking space off street. Price includes taxes and bills. I am only letting this to 1 other housemate. You will be fully vetted by the acency to be inlcuded to the lease, therefore you will need to either have a gaurantor or be in full time employment.
