There is a shared kitchenette available with existing lodger including storage.

The room is situated in a huge 5 bedroom house in the countryside, stunning views in all directions, large garden with a swimming pool one one side. If you are looking for a rural retreat with easy access to amenities, this is it.

Driveway parking available for 6 cars easily.

6 minute drive to Witham station, less than 5 minutes from the A12 in either direction, 45 minute train directly to Liverpool St. There is a bus stop directly outside the house with buses running every 30 mins. Freeport shopping village 10 minute drive away.

We have 4 very friendly dogs (cocker spaniels, schnoodle) who will bark when you come through the gate, but with tails wagging and bring you gifts such as a slipper.

My parents also live in the property in the downstairs separate apartment, my mother being terminally ill, so I am looking for respectful and considerate house mates who will bear this in mind.

We're a friendly bunch, often watching a movie with other lodgers in the lounge/cabin.
