The house is in a quiet close, 5-10 mins from the town square. Within 5 mins walk of the countryside and nature reserve. The household will suit a quiet person. Current lodgers work daytimes and have quiet evenings in their rooms or go out for socialising.

spacious and well equipped kitchen, use of washing machine, outside line, own cupboard, fridge space, plenty of freezer space.
shower and WC.
access and use of garden for relaxing.
plenty of parking on street.

No shared living room, all rooms suitable for single person occupancy only

All domestic bills included and wifi access.

good local and national transport links, Rochford train station is 10-15 minutes walk and has frequent services to Southend and to London Liverpool St. Rochford town square is 5-10 mins walk. Southend airport is 5 min drive.

This is a lodging room and I am a live in landlord.

I have 4 cats and cannot accept any other pets in the property.
