2 large lovely double rooms to rent in 3
bedroom house, fully furnished. Romford station is a short 10 minute walk, where you have the fast train into Liverpool Street.
Tesco Extra is only 15 minutes walk from the house and the town centre is not far at all. 
In total there are 3 rooms in the house and 2 are up for rent, each room is £550 per month not including bills (bills come to maximum £100 per person each month but normally its less in the summer). The house has off road parking for two cars, there is a large lounge with separate kitchen and dining area that looks out onto the garden. The garden has sunshine all day so perfect for BBQs in the summer and a few beers :) Upstairs there is the bathroom that has a separate shower and bath, really spacious bathroom!
I am one of the tenants living the house, so it would be great to have two fun, chilled people to live with that enjoy a drink, movie night and who can help make the house a home. I am 28 years old and work for a media company in White City (door to door it takes me just over an hour to get to work, so easy!) I enjoy pub quiz, nights out, chilling at home with a movie and cooking up a shared roast dinner on a Sunday. 
Also the house comes with friendly black cat called Duke who likes to curl up on the sofa with you :)
The area is really safe and I find everyone to be friendly.
