Hi there, Are you looking for a home from home? Look no further. I am looking for a quiet, clean, independent, friendly, respectful professional and/or student to occupy my SpareRoom.

My home is situate on a quiet road 5 minutes from Collier Row High Street with close proximity to supermarkets. Ideally situated for Queens and King George Hospitals. For those interested in retail therapy, The Brewery and The Liberty Shopping Centres are close by, as is the famous “Romford Market”

The house is situate within easy access to the A12, M25 and M11.

Romford Train Station (TFL overground) and Newbury Park (underground) are a short distance away by bus. The number 252 bus is a 5 minute stroll away.

The household is comprised of me and my 10 year old daughter. This is not a party house.

You will see very little of us. When not at work, I spend my time ferrying her around to her various activities.

I am looking for someone who wants a home away from home.

The room has an array of fitted wardrobe space, bedside table, lamp and TV (with freeview) USB port.

The house has a modern kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer. There is a 70ft lawned garden with patio area.

The road has unrestricted parking, an absolute bonus so close to London.

Free WIFI is included.

Willing to consider Mon-Fri and short stays. Smoking is allowed, but only in the garden.

Up-to-date DBS preferred.
