Large Double Room Newly Refurbished

Hi there, due to having a 11 year old daughter I prefer to have a female household though this is not absolute, the person is more important.
I have a large double room available which has just been fully refurbished.
We live in a large split level flat very close to Romford Station.
This is a very relaxed friendly household.
I am a black taxi driver and work nights. I have a daughter who is now 11 and she is here about 6 days a months however due to clubs etc we are often out.
We are looking for a tidy, relaxed person to share our home.
The room available is next to the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Due to the nature of my work you basically have the place to yourselves most of the time. The bathroom is more or less yours as we have an ensuite upstairs.
Me and my daughter are very friendly and easy going.
