Romford station is only a 15 minute walk away and there are plenty of transport links to the district line.
The flat is situated near to Romford town centre which has plenty of shops and restaurants as well as some local shops closer by.
The flat is large with a communal living room which leads to a large balcony and shared bathroom and kitchen.
The kitchen comes with all appliances and has built in fridge, freezer, washer and dishwasher with lots of storage space. The bathroom has plenty of space and has a shower/bath installed and some cupboard space for toiletries.
There is a communal outdoor area and a roof garden with views of London.
A professional of any age would be preferred, there are no specifics to an ‘ideal candidate’ other than that you’re clean, respectful and trustworthy. Current flat mate is male and works as a teacher.
