Large Double Room for single use and privat bath

I am looking for a professional flatmate to occupy the second bedroom Monday to Friday only. The room is bright and well furnished with a double bed, a desk, wardrobe, mirror and a bed-side table. I am happy to offer bed linen and towels - changed every week. You will have access to a private bathroom and share the living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The flat is on the third floor of a clean and looked after development with a lift. All amenities are within walking distance - Romford TFL rail station - 10-12 min walk, Lidl on the way from the station, Sainsbury’s, a small Tesco and local shops all around 10-15 min walk. There is a selection of 2/3 gyms and The Brewery shopping centre nearby with all high street brands.

Trains towards central London leave every 4-6 minutes and take a maximum of 19 mins to Stratford (9 on the express train) and 29 mins to Liverpool Street (21 mins on the express train).

The rent is £650 per month, payable in advance. One month's deposit will be required. I am happy to draw up an agreement which we can both sign.
