Bright double room. Lots of storage space. Located on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes walk into Romford Town, less than 15min walk to the station, 20 mins to the hospital by walking. Two bus stops 2mins walk away. Windows are treated so you can have blinds open in the day without people looking in.

There is a full bathroom downstairs which you can see from photos. Myself and my husband use the bathroom on the first floor. You will also get a fridge to yourself!

The house has a utility room with a separate washing machine and dryer. A dishwasher, a recently landscaped garden. It has two full bathrooms. This double bedroom is located on the ground floor (windows have privacy glass with blinds installed) where you'll have access to the downstairs bathroom seen in the photo.

Myself and my husband usually stay in the top two floors so downstairs is relatively quiet.

We are a quiet couple looking for someone to rent downstairs. I'm a radiographer at a central London hospital my husband works from home. And we're looking for someone who wants to rent a room in this gorgeous, light double bedroom. Looking to maintain a warm friendly environment, mutual respect and a clean space. Professional people are preferred but will always prioritise those that we feel will fit nicely and see our place also as their home.
