I am an easy going woman living in a 2 bedroom maisonette that I own. I’ve got a double room for rent in Romford, 15 minutes from Romford station (20 minutes from Romford to London Liverpool Street). The room is newly decorated with a double bed, build in wardrobe, bedside table, a dressing table, and a TV (+Netflix, Amazon Prime, super fast WiFi) . The flat is fairly large, we would share a bathroom, which has a toilet, bath with shower, and separate kitchen with dining table. Living room is extra large with 55inch smart tv. The garden at the back is good size as well and very peaceful. You will be renting half of the flat so that includes use of all the stuff in the kitchen like the washing machine, cooker and cooking essentials.
Plenty of free parking outside of the flat. Nearest Bus stop is only 2min walk (103,175 and 499)
£185 per week inclusive of bills

Must like dogs as a little well behaved toy poodle which doesn't loose hair and is supper clean lives on premises lol
