A very large double room is offered for rent, for a couple £1100/month, bills included, with 2 very spacious built-in wardrobes, a standard double bed, and laminate parquet floor (easy to maintain), The House has double glazing, bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, 1 toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs, fully equipped kitchen, huge separate dining/living room, and conservatory, gas central heating (very warm and well insulated), in the house max 5 people. The house has parking on a dry way or free parking, in front of the house. Super large garden and sheds for various storage. You have to own 3 months' bank statement, references from the place to leave, and a deposit for 2 weeks required (£550). We in the house are of Latin origin, Christians and we eat pork, so we would like not to change our habits. Because we are professionals living in the house, we want to have a quiet schedule from 10.00 pm, we love music and we can organize joint barbeques on the weekend, but we respect privacy, visits are only allowed during the day and in common spaces. Maintaining cleanliness in the common spaces is everyone's responsibility, so we will have a cleaning program in which we will all participate, by rotation. thank you
