A large double room in a semi detached house, fully furnished. The house is situated a 20 minute walk from the town centre and 5 minutes walk from a Tesco metro. A 5 minute drive to the train station.

Tenant would have sole use of the private bathroom, which has a shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage room.

I am currently living in the property with one other tenant, however I will become a live out landlady once this room is let.

The kitchen, dining room, downstairs living area and garden are shared spaces. There is also more storage available in the garage (accessed from inside the house).

Parking is available on the driveway.

All furniture will remain in the house for use by tenants.
