The house is old and full of character but with brand new plumbing and electricity. The communal spaces are large and full of light. We are very centrally located, just a 2 min walk from the Market Square and 30seconds from the common. We are a 5 minute drive from both research parks, a 20 minute drive to Cambridge. We also have close links with Audley End for trains to London and Cambridge. There is off-street parking and a large work-in-progress garden project, with veggie patches and 4 chickens, 2 ducks and a goose.

We live communally, and are looking for someone who will be happy to share this style of living with us.

The monthly rent is £550/month, plus £30 council tax, plus additional bills averaging £30 a month. This is subject to change for a couple (£150 extra a month).
