Hi there, I would love to rent my spare double room out. The room is currently furnished with a kingsize bed, has a TV point and ample wardrobe space. There is enough room for a desk if needed.

It’s a quiet area and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Shoeburyness Station is within a walkable distance (about 20 minutes). Lidl, 13 minute walk. Co-op, 9 minute walk.
