The house is 4-bedroom but shared with one professional female. I’m seeking another professional female as a house mate. The house has a large new wood floor kitchen (with 6-seater table), filtered water (wow Colchester water is hard), big sunny back garden (sunny all day) with sun loungers and eating area, fire pit and bbq, a separate lounge (with comfortable seating and tv), utility room, and big shed. The house is very spacy (four bedrooms) but just one other occupant, me, meaning you have sole use of the main “family” bathroom.

The room has just been redecorated. Room has solid wood furniture and a full wall of fitted cupboards (pictures don't do it justice) providing a LOT of storage space for personal items, clothes hanging space, shelving etc. There is a small desk by the window if that is useful too. And the rest of the house (and my she shed) also has space for other furniture etc. This front-facing double room overlooks a quiet suburban road close to Shrub End playing fields. The location has quick access to the A12, 20 min walk from town centre and is on several bus routes. There is also off-road parking available.

The house has broadband (Netflix and Prime), a washing machine/drier, tv in the lounge etc. The house is shared with one female professional who is relaxed, social, likes to cook and have a glass of wine to relax in the evening. There are two cats so no cat allergies would be sensible… I hope this would be our home not just a house :)

The room is available immediately. Rent is 550GBP and includes council tax. Other bills (water, gas/electric, internet) will be spilt between us.
