Modern double room with private en-suite shower room. The room is part furnished so you can either bring your own furnishings or I will add new modern furniture for you.

You can use the main bathroom too which has a lovely sized bath.

The kitchen/living room is a large open plan area. There is a small balcony attached to this room.

The apartment is pretty much brand new, has a very modern decor and is a two bed apartment on the second/top floor.

You can have one allocated parking space plus there is extra space for visitors to park.

Bills are included except from council tax which would be around £82.00 pm (I am exempt so you may need to organise this for yourself).

Location is very quiet, within the new Earls Garden development oppposite Sible Hedingham Library.

I would appreciate someone who is also clean and tidy.

I have a second smaller room which would be suitable for a single bed, desk and wardrobe if this would interest anyone instead. This room would be offered with private use of the main bathroom so effectively your own en-suite.
