The property is situated at the entrance of a small, quiet development in Sible Hedingham. The village is 10 mins drive to Halstead, 20 mins drive to Haverhill and 30 - 40 mins to Colchester (depending on traffic). It has 2 petrol stations and food and takeaway outlets.

Communal areas have just been recarpeted and bathrooms are new. These are serviced by a weekly cleaner.

The 2 available rooms are in close proximity to each other in a new wing of the building with an adjacent bathroom. This area is accessed from the main house by a corridor.

All rooms are equipped with a bed and new mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The single room also has under-bed storage.

The current house mix is chilled and respectful with ages ranging from 25 to 70 in a variety of occupations ranging from plumbing to computer programming and graphic arts.
