Help required:-

Maximum of 5 hours per week helping with general running of the house, ie cleaning, laundry, ironing, caring for our disabled daughter from time to time (this doesn't include personal care). Looking after the house (and daughter), when we are on holiday.

We are flexible when support is required (ie to accommodate lodger' work). Would suite someone working from home, self employed (start up), student.
Would also be an advantage to anyone thinking of going into the caring profession.

The room rate is £150 per month, plus £150 deposit

All bills are included (also included - laundry liquid, tea coffee, milk, etc)

Bedding and towels supplied.

Quiet back bedroom overlooking the garden.

Easy access to M25 (10 minutes). Station is approx 1 mile away, direct link to London Fenchurch Street (33 minutes), West Ham, for Jubilee Line (23 minutes). (NB West Ham to Westminster on Jubilee is 18 minutes).

Bus services to station and Lakeside shopping centre are 100 metres away.

Country Park is approx 200 metres, Leisure Centre (which includes a gym and swimming Pool), 300 metres away.

No parking restrictions.

About us:-

We have a disable daughter (age 53). We are 69 and 76.

We have one small dog called Scruffpot, (or Scruff), and a cat called Pekachu
