I have a rooms available in South Ockendon. It’s about 3 to 5 minutes walk from the station.
Location.

It’s a clean and tidy house at a perfect location for commuting to London . C2c trains serves the area which takes 6 minutes to Upminster, 12 minutes to Barking, and 26 minutes to Fenchurch Street/Liverpool street. Opposite direction it takes 5 minutes to Chafford Hundred And 8 minutes to Grays.

Buses
to Upminster and lakeside are 1 minutes walk away from the house and area is served by London buses where Oyster card is valid.

Local amenities
are Cooperative store. tesco, Lidl and huge sainsbury and some other small local shops.

Lakeside shopping centre

is one of the biggest shopping mall in the UK which is about 7 minutes on the bus or 4 minutes by the train where almost all world’s big brands are available. Such as Debenhams, parada, River island and much more.

About the house.
It’s a good sized house with lots of space and new built open plan kitchen . Separate living room with TV and separated dinning room. After the dinning room is the garden with a shed at the end of it..

I am a nature living person and has lots of plants indoors and out in the garden.

I looking for a like minded person who can enjoy the nature And the house share.
