Hi I’m lee I’m 36 and a live in landlord


I’m clean and tidy
With two pet dogs both small and pretty old now.
I’m a hard working person doing 6 days a week
So I am looking for some one who is professional and also Clean and tidy
And doesn’t mind pets

Smokers are welcome but only in the garden not inside.


The room
For rent is at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
There is wooden slatted blinds along with a grey black out blind and grey curtains.
There is a double bed and a very large floor to ceiling built in wardrobe. Hanging space is plenty full in this room

Viewing available and pics will be posted once the current lodger moves out 30/6/21
The room will also be redecorated
Back to a clean white canvas.

The location is around 13-14 mins walk to Ockendon c2c line into London
And there are also bus stops right out side which make easy access to lakeside
There is also plenty of parking right outside of the house.
It’s roughly 3-4 min walk to all the main amenities tesco lidle chemist and all your fast food places etc.
There a parks at either end of the road one of those being belhus woods where u can stroll for hours round the lakes and forest if your into the outdoors.

Also along with the room is shared use of the bathroom which is only a year old kitchen lounge and garden which are all clean and modern
There’s sky+ in the lounge and broadband
