I am a 35 year old professional lady living in a 2 bedroom flat near Southend East station. I rent from a private landlord who lives in the next road and I have lived here for 10 years. I work full time in London but am generally at home most evenings and throughout the weekends here and there. Looking for someone similar, no late night party animals please, my days start too early for that! I have an indoor cat so you also need to be an animal lover. I'm clean, fairly tidy and easygoing.
The spare room has a day bed which converts from single to double, with storage underneath, and a chest of drawers and a desk. Shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. There is a small garden at the back which is accessed via stairs from the kitchen. 5 minutes walk from the station, Southchurch Park, and from the seafront, 10 minutes walk from Southend High Street.
I would like to find someone to share to halve costs in order for me to save money to spend some time travelling for a few months next year, so someone looking for a 6-12 month let initially would be ideal.
