**I will be travelling / working away most of the time so you will be the sole user of the flat, with the odd weekend of me popping in between travels. The price is therefore reflective of this space being rented out like a flat/studio with all inclusive bills, rather than a room in a shared property.

**I have some refurb works planned for April-May 2024 so ideally looking for someone looking for a few months of renting out, with the potential for extending this in the future, if needed, to be discussed and agreed between the parties closer to the date.

This is a recently decorated, cozy, king size room, for SINGLE occupancy, for a full time working professional (ideally not working from home more than 1-2 days/week), in an exceptionally clean flat.
Central Southend, very close - max 10 min walk - to all amenities, train station, Essex University, beach, etc.
Southend Hospital is 20 min door to door by bus.
Ideal for a commuter (7min to both Southend Central and Southend Victoria stations).

Rent is £900 (Monday to Friday) or £1100 (Full time rental) paid each calendar month, one month in advance.
This is inclusive of all bills.

Not a party/loud flat, but a quiet and respectful environment for others/neighbors.
