• Thorpe Bay station is less than 4 minutes’ walk, and can get you into the heart of the city within an hour

• Thorpe Bay beach is less than 12 minutes walk from the property

A £25 contribution to the bills will be added to the rent every month (roughly 25% of the bill total per month)
